Working process
Artisans go through complex processes that require extreme precision and experience to create the best scale products.
BLANKING PRESS
Is the most popular in forming technique. Make with blanking press machines for cutting, punching, and shaping metal with a mold piercing
Now, the factory line has more than 50 large and small piercing machines, with the capacity to stamp up to 150 tons.
LATHE
is the most commonly used for cutting, performing variety of rotating surfaces. The current factory can produce more than 35,000 screws, gears etc… with more than 4 machines operate alternately.
WELD-DRILL-GRIND
Drill is the technique of making circular holes on different materials that create accuracy in the diameter of the hole.
The current factory has more than 10 machines perform with a month's productivity over 10,000 pounds.
PAINTING
Our factory has invested technology of powder coating line to ensure color and reliability of the scale, it can be used for a long time and suitable for the environment.
PRINTING
Our factory is equipped with high-tech printing technology equipment for accurate print quality, and durable without fading for all environments.
ASSEMBLE
The assembly flow conforms to meticulous and precise rules, requiring the skill and experience of workers.
ALIGNMENT
Over 70% of workers of alignment factory have more than 10 years' experience to create the scale' soul with high precision

Introduction
Mr Nguyen Bao Toan
In 1983, he started his career and established private enterprise Nguyen Bao Toan. At that time, the single face scale was produced and exported to foreign countries
In 1998-1999, he went to Malaysia to study and successlfully research a double dial spring scale
One year later, he invented the first double dial spring scale in VietNam
In 1973 He obtained a certificate of Mathematical Engineering in the Industry, Engineering and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology professionally studying the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
